Chelsea Lasky-McFarlin, PT, DPT

Chelsea Lasky-McFarlin is a board-certified pediatric physical therapist with nearly a decade of experience helping children build strength, confidence, and independence through movement. Chelsea also currently serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Gannon University.

Her clinical background includes work at some of the nation’s top children’s hospitals, including Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C., UNC Children’s in North Carolina, and the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU. She completed a Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency and LEND Fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she gained advanced training in neurodevelopmental disabilities, sports injuries, orthopedic injuries and deformities, and interdisciplinary care.

Chelsea is an active leader in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), where she was named a 2020 Emerging Leader and currently co-chairs the national APTA Pediatrics Mentoring Program and serves as Secretary for the Northwest District APTA Pennsylvania . She is a frequent presenter at national conferences and has published peer-reviewed articles on pediatric injury prevention, clinical education, and mentorship in physical therapy.

Chelsea was born and raised in Erie, PA. When she isn’t working with students or clients, she loves to explore Erie and the surrounding areas with her family.
